Rich Gorazd
Rich is the president of State Construction. He resides in O'Fallon with his wife Mary Beth and 3 kids Natalyn, Jack, and Ben. Rich previously developed and built the homes in Cedar Meadows, Forest Hills, and Cobblestone Ridge subdivisions in O'Fallon, Illinois. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, doing activities with the kids and barbecuing.
tom beckmann
Tom is the project manager and active in sales at State Construction. Tom has over 30 years of experience in the housing and lumber business. Tom is married with three children, Spencer, Chloe, and Myah. Tom enjoys spending time with his family and kids. Tom spends his free time hunting, fishing, and playing Texas Hold'em at the clubhouse.
laura thole
Laura is the sales and office manager at State Construction. She graduated from SIU Carbondale with degrees in marketing and speech communication. Laura enjoys spending time with her family, going to the lake, and playing volleyball and softball with friends.
Mary Beth Gorazd
In addition to being active in sales at State Construction, Mary Beth is the selection coordinator. A retired Optometrist, design and decorating are her true passion. Mary Beth will help you put the finishing touches on your home.
